Heavy fabrication
Large structures, with waterborne delivery from our own jetty
BMH fabricates oversized and heavy steel structures, with floating-crane load-out and barge transport arranged to suit each project.
Working with EPC contractors
One project team, from planning to delivery
Planning and scheduling, engineering support, procurement coordination, fabrication and coating, inspection and documentation, assembly and delivery.
- Schedule and fabrication progress are reported weekly or monthly, by work package.
- Inspection and test plans define hold points, testing and client or third-party inspections, as required by the project.
- Final documentation is compiled for handover.
- Erection and independent inspection can be coordinated through partners where the project requires.

Machining
Turning, milling and drilling in-house. Large CNC machining is outsourced, and large flange facing machines are rented per project, under BMH control.

Mombasa Port Development
Steel structure fabrication and jacket assembly in seven modules, with coordinated fabrication planning, dimensional control and large-module handling.

Jamuna (Bangabandhu) Railway Bridge
BMH personnel were deployed to Bangladesh to support bridge steel fabrication at the local workshop, with fabrication leadership and coordination with the joint venture.
